Meeting Registration
To block your reserved seats, you may call (817) 652-8138 or email the seat numbers to conventionreg@saladmaster.com.  (Note: seats are on a first come, first serve basis.) You must provide a method of payment at the time of request. The names of your registrants must be provided within 24-hours or your seats will be released.

Beginning September 15, come to this page to download the Excel spreadsheet to help submit your registration names. Just fill out the form and email to conventionreg@saladmaster.com.  This process will help to eliminate improper spelling of names and missed registrants.  We will begin accepting registration forms on October 1 and no earlier.

Dates for registration:
October 2, 2006 = High Rollers at 9:00am
October 3, 2006 = Master Dealers at 9:00am
October 4, 2006 = Open Registration at 9:00am

**Name badges will be required to enter any Saladmaster organized function. NO ONE will be admitted without a badge. This will be enforced.

 

**Due to the business setting of the general sessions and breakouts, it is suggested that children not attend these functions.

 

 

The registration fee is good for one function or all functions.  There will be no prorated or discounted fee in the event that a registrant cannot attend all functions of the convention.

 

$160.00 per person before December 1, 2006

$175.00 per person starting December 2, 2006

 

All paid registrants will be eligible to attend the following functions:
• Thursday Night Pirates of the Caribbean Theme Dinner
• Friday Morning – Wake-up Call Breakfast
• Friday General Sessions
• Friday Lunch
• Friday Break-outs
• Saturday Morning – Wake-up Call Breakfast
• Saturday General Sessions
• Saturday 60th Anniversary Celebration Banquet

Special Friday Night Bus Transportation will be provided to the Universal “CityWalk”. A Special wristband will allow access to this service. (Bus services are for Saladmaster individuals only)

There will be reserved seating for the Saturday Banquet. At the time of registration, individuals will be able to select from a Beef, Fish or Vegetarian meal for the banquet night only. When they check-in at the Convention Saladmaster Registration Desk they will receive a color circle. They will need to hand this to their server on Saturday Night.

Drink Coupons will be made available to purchase in advance to be used at the Cash Bars during the Thursday & Saturday Night Events. Coupons will be available at the Convention Information & Registration Desk.

Last date to register by phone or email is December 18, 2006. After this time, you may register on-site at the convention only.

After December 18, 2006, no refund will be issued for paid registrations. Only name substitutions will be allowed.
